Application: Ethylene propylene rubber and special rubber such as ethylene propylene diene rubber, chlororubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE) are difficult to vulcanize. Organic peroxide (such as DCP, BPO) is generally used for vulcanization. If a single organic peroxide is used for vulcanization, the vulcanization time is too long and the vulcanization time is insufficient to ensure good performance. Mechanical and physical properties. Therefore, TMPTMA must be added as vulcanizing AIDS in order to achieve good results. Thermoplastic plastics such as polyethylene, polybutylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, CPE and EVA. Copolymerization and crosslinking modification of TMPTMA with alkyl propylene ester can significantly improve its heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical strength and optical properties. For example, the Vicat heat resistance and wear resistance and optical properties of the organic glass made of Methacrylate Modified by a small amount of TMPTMA cross-linking can be improved by more than 30 C.
TMPTMA can be homopolymer or copolymerized with other heat-resistant monomers. Its polymer film has excellent heat resistance, radiation resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance and electrical insulation properties. Adding TMPTMA to many microelectronic insulating materials can significantly improve many of the above properties, especially in the fabrication of microelectronic products such as integrated circuits and printed circuit boards, which have very good application prospects.
Acrylic acid and styrene ion exchange resins usually use divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent. If TMPTMA is used as crosslinking agent instead of TMPTMA, not only the dosage is small, but also new ion exchange resins with excellent pollution resistance, high strength, large pore size, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance can be prepared.
TMPTMA, as a monomer with heat resistance, weather resistance, impact resistance and moisture resistance, can be copolymerized with other monomers to form special copolymers.
